How does Get20 work?

  1. Consumers looking for your services are generated through lead generation websites developed by Get20, partner companies, and 3rd party lead generation services. Consumers enter their information or details about their needs.
  2. We take requests and filter them on pre-established criteria (by us or you), and immediately send those requests to your mobile phone through the Get20 app.
  3. If the lead matches your criteria and you are available, you simply push a button to “claim” the lead and connect instantly via phone or text (if the client prefers text messages).

It’s that simple. The lead notifications are completely free of charge and you only pay for leads you choose to claim. Before claiming, each lead shows key details to help you decide if it’s the right lead for you.

How do I claim a lead?

A lead can be claimed 1 of 2 ways:

  1. Place a phone call directly to the customers for a period of 30 seconds or longer.
  2. Send a text message to a customer. You will be prompted with a confirmation before claiming a lead by text message.

Can I choose the leads I want to receive and/or claim?

We will work with you directly to setup lead filtering criteria that matches to your business needs. You will only be notified when a customer’s needs match your filtering criteria. You can see additional details about each lead in the Get20 mobile app directly.

How many people can claim a lead?

Every lead is exclusive and claimed by one and only one agent. This ensures a positive, high quality experience for both the customer and agent network.

How are leads distributed to my organization's sales teams?

All leads are distributed exclusively through the Get20 mobile app. Once a lead is claimed, the agent will receive an email receipt of the call, along with full details of the lead. You will also have access to a dashboard to review details about your previous claimed leads and account spend.

How do I track leads I've claimed?

You can track the leads you’ve claimed in your personal dashboard.

How do I track my sale team's performance?

You can track your organization’s performance in your personal dashboard. Your dashboard contains a history of rich lead data, claimed leads, account spend, and detailed performance metrics.

Can I pause or cancel my account?

Yes! Since leads are not claimed automatically, you can “pause” anytime you wish by not responding to incoming leads.

To cancel your account, please contact our support team. There’s no charge or penalty for cancelling. We will refund your unused balance 100%.

How do I request a lead refund?

If you wish to request a refund, please mark down the reason for your refund request in the notes section of your lead tracking & performance dashboard.

If you need access to your dashboard and/or make a refund request, please contact our support team. Please provide details about why you are requesting a refund for a particular lead.

Once a refund is confirmed, our support team will follow up with you directly. Your account will automatically be credited.
